Welcome to Cast Iron Pub where we create delicious food with craft beers, speciality cocktails and wine. Located in the heart of historic downtown Tuscola, Cast Iron Pub was establishment in 2019 as the cornerstone pub of the community.

Chef Kenny Hogue grew up in Tuscola before attending Kendall College in Chicago where he began his culinary career. He excelled as a chef in Michelin starred restaurants in Chicago, New York and San Francisco for over a decade. He brings back his passion and skills to his hometown to elevate the culinary experience for diners.

The pub's rich history is woven into every brick, echoing the lively conversations of generations past and present. Welcome to the pub, where the spirit of the past meets the warmth of the present, and every sip is a toast to community!

Irma Lou’s kitchen is anchored by the founder’s grandmother, making it more than just a restaurant. Once upon a time, nestled in the heart of a quaint small town, there stood a caring woman who enjoyed sharing her passion of cooking with her family.

Decades later her grandson got the bug for cooking, starting a career at Michelin Star restaurants in the iconic metropolitan cities.
